How long does it take to measure and sketch a house?

Bookings are scheduled to take around an hour on-site. This would suit a medium sized home.

If the property is vacant, does someone have to be there with you?

If keys are available, they can be collected from your office, and dropped off within 2 hours.

When can we expect delivery of the finished drawings?

Delivery will be from 24 to 48 hrs after visiting the property. This does depend on seasonal fluctuations of our workload and the complexity of the job.
If there is a foreseeable delay, clients will be informed prior to a confirmed booking.

It doesn't even matter if the property is a building site. We can work around any obstacles.

What is the difference between a construction plan from a builder and a floor plan that you draw?

Floor Plans are a great professional marketing tool, they can be viewed on-line and printed to make attractive and informative brochures and sign boards.
Priority Plans are accurate and up to date, they are customised to accurately reflect each properties unique fittings and fixtures.

Construction plans are used by builders to construct a house. Quite often they can be confusing to understand for the layperson.
They are not designed to be appealing for sales and marketing purposes.
They are generally not in a suitable format for publication.
They can be outdated and do not show the latest additions, changes, and amendments that happen either through the construction phase or afterwards with purpose built extensions.
